A: SC & Me accepts all major credit cards via Google Checkout or Paypal.

Q: WHEN AND HOW WILL MY PURCHASES BE SHIPPED?
A: SC & Me ships the first business day after payment is received. We proudly partner with the USPS. All packages have delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. An automated email will be sent to every buyer once the package has been prepared for shipping.

Q: ARE THE CLOTHES NEW?
A: Yes, of course all clothes sold here are new. SC & Me purchases directly from the manufacturer or the department store distribution centers. No wholesalers or middlemen are involved. This means we can guarantee the authenticity of every item.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: All sales carry a no hassle 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. We want our buyers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees in both directions. We simply require returns to be in the same condition as when shipped. All tags intact, no odor, stains, or obvious signs of wear.

WHO CAN PURCHASE AT SC & ME?
We are gender friendly and do not discriminate based on gender, religion, or ethnicity. All buyers are welcome and treated with the respect they deserve. We hope to establish a long and happy repeat business relationship with each of our buyers.

DO YOU OFFER DISCRETIONARY SHIPPING?
We are happy to accommodate all privacy requests. Please contact us by sending all requests, questions, or concerns to scandmeecrater@gmail.com. Discretionary shipping removes the business name and only the initials SCE, our street address, city, state, and zip code are used on the return address. The outer package is plain without any hint of the package coming from an apparel business. Our standard shipping profile only contains our business name and street address. We do not advertise or add stickers on our packages or labels. So even our "standard" shipping doesn't provide much information to the public.

We are committed to your privacy. We never sell our customer lists and we never send unsolicited mailings. Our customers must specifically sign up for our email newsletter before they will receive any correspondence from our business.
